What to Expect

The Field is where Integrators put in the reps. Designed for Integrators who are actively serving in the seat, it's where coaching, peer development, and real-world application come together.

Whether you're a full-time Integrator, a Fractional Integrator, or a leader growing into the role, The Field is where you work through the challenges you're facing in your business alongside other Integrators doing the same.

There are two ways to get on the Field.

Cohort Coaching

At the center of The Field is a weekly cohort made up of Integrators from different companies, industries, and stages of development. Some are newer to EOS®. Others are newer to the Integrator seat. Together, they bring different perspectives, experiences, and lessons learned that help everyone improve faster.

The cohort combines weekly 90-minute Level 10 Meeting™-style sessions with monthly one-on-one coaching from a W3 Expert Integrator. Members also receive access to all Gate-level resources and community participation, along with additional tools, frameworks, and developmental resources.

Most Integrators spend 3-12 months in The Field, depending on their experience, goals, and developmental needs. Some move through quickly. Others choose to stay longer. The objective is not to complete a program, but to continue developing the capability required to become a Winning Integrator.

Investment: $1,250 per month

Month-to-month with no long-term contract.

Prepay 6 months to get the 7th month free.

Private Coaching

For Integrators and Visionary–Integrator (V/I) Duos who want more individualized support, private coaching provides direct access to a W3 Expert Integrator on a one-time or ongoing basis.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual, duo, or leadership team and may focus on individual capability development, V/I team building, collaboration, same-page effectiveness, and other priorities important to their success.

Investment: $450 per hour
