Can W3 work alongside our EOS Implementer™?
Absolutely. W3 believes companies get the best results when EOS Implementers™ and Integrators work together. Implementers help guide the EOS® journey. Integrators help move the business forward between session days by reinforcing execution, accountability, communication, and traction. A great Implementer / Integrator combination can dramatically accelerate accountability, execution, and organizational growth.
How are Integrators matched?
W3 does not treat Integrator support as a one-size-fits-all placement model. Integrators are matched intentionally based on operational capability, leadership dynamics, and the stage of growth the company is in. The goal is not simply to bring on a Fractional Integrator, but to help create the conditions and support a smooth transition to a permanent full-time Integrator. Fractional Integrators are a bridge solution that help companies strengthen execution and operational leadership during important stages of growth.
The Field inside the W3 Integrator Arena online community was built specifically for Integrators currently serving in the seat. W3 helps Integrators sharpen their capability faster through peer collaboration, coaching, and shared real-world experience alongside other Integrators serving in the seat.
No. While W3 is deeply aligned with EOS® and primarily supports companies running on EOS®, many of the leadership, execution, accountability, and Integrator concepts remain highly relevant inside growing companies regardless of whether they are formally running on EOS®. W3 is not a replacement for EOS® or EOS Implementers™. Our work focuses on strengthening execution, leadership, accountability, team health, and the Integrator seat inside growing organizations.
Fractional Integrator support is intentionally flexible and depends on the needs, stage, and complexity of the business. W3’s standard engagement model is typically built around one day per week of support, with most engagements flexing up or down by roughly a half day depending on the situation. Every company is different, and there are no absolute formulas. The goal is to provide the right level of support to help leadership teams move the ball forward during the stage of growth they are in.
You may be ready for Fractional Integrator support when growth starts creating more complexity than the current leadership structure can handle. In many cases, leadership teams start feeling it through accountability issues, communication breakdowns, overloaded Visionaries, or difficulty maintaining traction as the business grows. A Fractional Integrator can help reinforce accountability and execution, create additional leadership capacity, and help the business regain focus and traction.
Industry experience can absolutely be valuable, but in our experience, business challenges tend to look far more similar across companies than most people expect. While industries and operations may vary greatly, the leadership, execution, accountability, communication, and growth challenges inside growing organizations are often remarkably consistent across companies of similar size and complexity. W3 focuses heavily on matching operational capability, leadership dynamics, and the stage of growth the company is in while still taking industry experience into account where appropriate.
