Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Visionary and an Integrator?

In EOS®, the Visionary casts the vision and drives innovation. The Integrator brings structure, creates clarity, and ensures follow-through. Each has a critical role, and their partnership drives company traction.

Why do so many Integrators feel like they’re figuring it out alone?

Most Integrators are placed into the role without formal training or peer support. They’re expected to manage chaos while learning on the job. The W3 Arena gives them a structure, a cohort, and a weekly cadence to grow into the role with confidence.

What’s the difference between an Integrator and an Implementer?

An Integrator works inside a company, running day-to-day operations and EOS® execution. An Implementer is a certified coach who helps a company adopt EOS®. W3 supports Integrators, not implementation.

Is W3 part of EOS Worldwide?

No. W3 is independently operated. We follow EOS® best practices and support companies using the system, but we are not affiliated with EOS Worldwide.

Who should join the W3 Arena?

Anyone in or preparing for the Integrator seat. This includes new Integrators, Visionaries trying to fill both seats, and leaders looking for structure, accountability, and peer support.

What happens in a Field Level cohort?

Each week, participants meet for 90 minutes in a live Level 10 Meeting™ format. Sessions include issue solving, EOS® tool training, and peer coaching.

How long do people stay in the program?

We recommend at least three months. Some stay longer depending on their goals. The program is flexible and billed monthly.

What if I’m not sure I belong in the Integrator seat?

Start with Gate Level. You’ll explore the role, learn EOS® fundamentals, and determine if it's a good fit before stepping into deeper responsibility.

Earn it. Own it. Win it. Simply. Together.
